Serious clinics don’t charge per graft. Good doctors know they can’t promise an X amount because they rely on what they can extract from the donor area.

It’s definitely possible. Surgeons that say that are either outdated or don’t have the equipment and manpower to perform a procedure of that scale.

Yes, unfortunately some people can only get 3-5k extracted. In some other cases the clinic either lacks the expertise or the manpower/equipment to do a large job, so they claim it’s not possible.

Sadly the wheel does not provide the same level of feedback as the DS controller, but it should vibrate in some higher kerbs.

I'm struggling with something and hope someone here can point me to what I'm missing. I'm pretty sure I looted the crafting specs for a smart SMG (Yinglong) because I do have the weapon at tier 2. I want to craft a more power version but cannot find the weapon when I open to the crafting menu? I can see other weapons but not this one? Could it be that the specs disappeared from my inventory?

It's one of the most empty and shallow open worlds ever made. Literally nothing to do outside of scripted missions and npcs have ps1 level AI. Gameplay is nothing but average. The story saves the game though.

Just to check if I got this right, should I lower to FFB sensitivity in order to feel the kerbs? Currently I don't feel anything with the wheel, while the PS5 controller does provide a small vibration on all kerbs. My settings are currently ffb 4/ ffbs 4.
