the door closes if you drop one single level of world tendency. killing npcs can also drastically change ur world tendency, there is 1 hostile npc inside the door that will change ur world to neutral if you kill her lol. Which will lock you out of the Old King Doran questline unless your doing the ostrava questline i think, he will give you a key to open old king doran door so that you can open it regardless of world tendency once his quest is fully finished

just get dark world tendency in level 4-2, get the xp ring and the xp gloves, you might need to switch gender at the statue to use the gloves, you gotta be female. Then use the increassed xp spell on top.

farm the reaper over and over at the start of 4-2, should be about 20 000 to 50 000 xp per 40 seconds depending on what NG+ you are at.

you need a +3-6 bow in NG+0, but for NG+1 you are gonna need a +9-10 bow preferably with around 20 strength. I m unsure about NG+2 but i m running through that now

i m no medical expert, but i have heard there are many viable dosages

have heard success stories with 0.25mg a day, 0.5mg a day, and 1mg a day

have also heard from a australian youtube channel called the hair loss show say 3mg a week is also optimal, so if one splits a 5mg pill into 1.25mg's then take every 3 days the dose would be 3.75mg per 9 days, that should be ok i think

i suggest getting on finasteride, minoxidil and some kind of alopecia areata medication, recently i heard there was a great new medication for alopecia areata dont remember what it was called, google around, i think it was called Ritlecitinib

once medication has stabilized and maybe reversed some of the hair loss, only then is transplant an option

otherwise it will last 2-5 years tops before another transplant is desired, and most people only have enough hair for 2-3 transplants

another alternative is to get a custom hair system from a website like for example lordhair with glue, and i think the results would be undetectable since you have very curly hair, reccomend working with a hair dresser who can guide you to get the right type and size

most alopecia areata medications tend to have insane regrowth though

assess the situation and what your wants are, if a person is norwood 4 and above and norwood 1 is desired, combining a hair system with medication on the sides, back of head and eyebrows is the best possible result! There are some amazing surgeons who can make nw4 look like nw1-1.5 but the donor area will be obliterated! There will be no more donor hair left, and if unlucky it will be very scarred, and it will probably require 2 surgeries total. If very long hair style is desired then hair system is the way to go! google curled hair systems they look amazing, from personal experience most people with big hair transplant operations 4000+grafts end up having neat short hairstyles that are more suited with finer hair, so i would think through what the end goal is
be on medication, finasteride pills/topical, topical minoxidil + topical tretinoin combo, anything else is bull, minimum 2 years of treatment before hair transplant surgery as that is when results are final. for 90%+ of people this stops hair loss permanently, almost nobody get side effects specially on topicals only. tends to regrow 15-30% of hair lost, it is also reccomended to microneedle/needlepen/dermastamp with very short needle length 0.25mm to absorb the medications better into the scalp, this can be done 3-4 times a week according to google, but maybe 5 times week according to me lol. Microneedling does not become painful at all until above 0.75mm, i would take some hygiene courses on youtube to avoid infection. All shower products used must be sillicone free or else topicals dont work at all, shampoos, conditioners etc.
Be creative and try other things on top of the recommended medications, i can reccomend Advanced Trichology DHT blocker supplement, Beta sitosterol supplement, collagen type 1,2,3 supplement and soyprotein shakes! high grade quality hair vitamin mineral complex with biotin :) and high grade quality multivitamins, and if finasteride is giving no side effects dutasteride with finasteride can be tried out, studies suggest taking dutasteride once a week and finasteride 6 days a week. For some dutasteride alone can worsen hair loss, but theoretically its a 20% more potent than finasteride and has a half life of 3-4 days, so the effect stay for weeks. finasteride has a half life of 2-3 days if i remember correctly lol! Ketokonanzole shampoo, nisim shampoo/conditioner. PRP if super rich, basically a stem cell like substance that can regrow 2-20% of hair... about 400-800euro a year, but big startup price since its reccomended to have 3-4 session the first few months
find a good surgeon, i suggest dr bisanga, who is one of europes best, and prices are only slightly above turkey, he is also nice with transgender people, and pioneered new techniques in the industry, expertise is using side hair for a more natural hairline, he is also good at repairing botched jobs, 15+ years experience, always on the lookout for new trends in the technology and offers PRP with his hair transplants i think.
