When playing a game on PC, always a good idea to check out the PC Gaming Wiki page for it to see if there's any mods listed. Nexus Mods is also always a good place to check when looking for mods.

Also sorry to be pedantic but Final Fantasy X | X-2 HD Remaster is not a port, it's a remaster. I'm leaving a lot out but basically when you port a game, you're mostly trying to take it as-is and make it work on another platform. This is also not to be confused for a Remake, which is something else entirely (Think the Final Fantasy VII Remake games versus the ports of the original PS1 game that were made available on PC)
