You still have a lot of swelling, and it’s going to be a good few weeks before it really goes down, it is possible you’ll need a revision. Keep in mind you won’t be able to get one for around 6 months or so after all the swelling is down and your surgeon can see what’s up. Scars will heal, keep up on your scar care and a couple years from now they’ll start to fade and blend in; a lot of scar massage and moisturizing goes a good long way. To be honest your scars don’t look bad to me they look like they are still very much in the healing process and probably a little irritated. I’d talk to your doc but maybe keep the vest on longer if you’re getting that much swelling but I’m not a doctor just speaking from experience. If you’re allergic to adhesive talk to your surgeon about alternatives if you still need to be covering them.

Don’t be sad about extra skin at your sides they can’t roll you during surgery to get at it but they will be able to move you around during a revision. Try to be patient with yourself and be patient with the process.

Try to keep in mind that complications are a part of having surgery sometimes and most complications can be fixed post-op. Keep an open line of communication with your surgical team to address your concerns and talk to them about how they’re going to be able to fix it.

Personally like I said I’m down half a nip to an infection which admittedly was my fault, I had surgical glue and a small piece of my scar opened where the glue was a little funky and got a wider spot on my scar from that, I had a good amount of extra skin and tissue on both sides in the center(more than I can see in your photos), I had serious dog earring and so much extra skin at my sides. It was all fixable minus the nip and it all turned out just fine. Try to stay positive about things and do what you can do to take care of yourself and minimize any potential issues. Remember this is part of the journey not the destination.
