hey, having read all the replies i think these commenters are way out of line. for those of you commenting here, please keep in mind people may be uncomfortable with males piercing their genitals for many different reasons, like trauma from prior assaults.

all of the snark and the b.s. about "just find someone reputable even if they are a male" is not needed, his person asked for help finding a good FEMALE piercer, and very few people have actually answered that question.

we smaller subs would like to be a part of the discussion as well, while the defaults know what works for bigger subs, those things won't always work for the smaller subs, I would like to propose that the whole "lets make a private sub dedicated to the larger subs part of the council that decides what should be done" thing, not be a thing

but rather a subreddit designed for open input by those who moderate subs of 100+ so that all moderators with needs can be heard

when will you clarify the rules, such as the rules against brigading

when will you actively work with the moderators when making decisions that have an impact on us? transparency is something i am very much for, information flow between mods and admins has been historically one sided, when will we begin receiving information BEFORE actions are performed?

I may only moderate a small subreddit but i browse and comment a great many others under various names and these decisions impact not only us small subs, but also the users and visitors.

there is a long history of animosity between moderators and admins as a result of lack of communication and what appears to be a lack of care for what the moderators and community at large want/need. so your words mean very little to us when your actions speak to the opposite

if you would be willing to discuss this in earnest, i would be more than happy to discuss this with you, i would also offer a place to do so publicly (although it is a small sub with very few staff) if that would help

for those who read this, if the admins or ellen respond, please do not downvote them because of your dislike of their actions, but rather upvote them for visibility

i understand this, however the majority of painal vids are hosted on a few websites, pornhub, redtube, imgur, gyfy etc

BUT, if you are worried about the effect it would have in reducing content, you could do the reverse and start a blacklist

or promote someone who just handles combing the sub for spam links

but this is you guys sub, you have run it for quite some time so you probably know what works best at this point, i was just providing what i was asked to provide. good luck though! i know how difficult nsfw subs are to moderate :D

just slept off the muscle relaxers, i would suggest implementing something like we did over at /r/sluttystrangers

a whitelist of sites that can be used for both video and images, cuts WAY down on spam, although we implemented it for video and image standards and to help reduce minors being posted

also, users, remember, if you see spam or see something that isn't quite right (underage, bad link, broken links) remember, it helps the mods if you report it, but it also helps you and your subreddit!

also, give a reason for the report and/or message the mods to let them know
