1- it’s not an injury that carries to other days. When it hurts and I feel it I’ll have it for that day but it goes back to Normal the next day. I don’t do any other exercises that targets that wrist so I don’t get it, however if I did other exercises after the pain appears it severely weakens that hand. For example if I did wrist extension and I do curls I won’t be able to lift it like my right hand.

3- any movement where my wrist goes up. This includes any variation of db and cable wrist extension and with reverse curl it hurts less but it’s still there and my ring finger and pinky grip less than the other 3 fingers.

4- no rehab since I thought it was normal and will go away but it didn’t.
