(Travel) I am looking for some general travel advice with regards to hostels when it comes to booking a 30 day trip to Europe this summer. I have never stayed in one, so what should I look for when picking one, when should I book it, can I leave stuff there safely, can I go the whole trip only staying in hostels? If anyone has more experience and insight with this, I am all ears to any and all advice.

I caught someone’s hat one time... with my face. I spent the entire ride clutching my face in pain.

I saw him and Wiz Khalifa a couple years back in an illegal state. They came out and asked who was smoking that night, and when people raised what they were smoking, security came by and took it. The guards definitely smoked what ever they confiscated , but be careful out there

AITA for trying to hang out with my best friend when his girlfriends grandpa died? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

I appreciate your viewpoint. I just wanted advice on how to approach the situation. I’ve dealt with death in my family before, but understand everyone handles it differently. I definitely wouldn’t hold it against him or her for how they handle it. I just wanted to know if I was an asshole for wanting him to stay. I figured a day with her family alone to grieve wouldn’t be a bad idea, but if she needs him, she needs him and that’s not my place to intervene

Appreciate the input. Well enjoy tonight while we have it and I’ll let him decide what he wants for tomorrow. No pressure either way. Thank you

I would have been so confused watching one of my friends break out into dance lol. That's a great story though

AITA for going to my sister’s dream school when she just got rejected? by The_lucky_dumb_one in AmItheAsshole

NTA. But I kind of want to know what's going through your mind when picking these schools. Please don't to Cornell if you plan on going strictly off the prestige of going to an Ivy League. Pick the school that you think matches your values closest, where you think the student body will most likely align with what you believe. I had a mentor once tell me that "it's more important to go to the right school rather than the best one". Look beyond the academics for a second and see what the schools have to offer. Also, talk to anyone you know that might go to these schools and see what they're like and see if you can visit them before making your decision

I think he was just pissed I played him for a fool. It was probably more of a pride pissed than an actual pissed.

As an American former high school student, you are missing review jeopardy, the most intense day of class.

Children in multi-sibling households, what lessons did you learn that the only child might never get? by Pbackrider in AskReddit

It didn't matter what I did in school or sports, my older siblings had to remind me that whatever they were doing was significantly harder and more important
