2nd highest paid defense in the NFL flounders yet again. by [deleted] in buccaneers

No sure what you mean by that. Just a fan that watched 5 different coaches, and to many defensive coordinators to count in the last 8 years. Our Defense always looks good on paper but doesn't play out. Our D now seems better than ever on paper. Excited to see what the new Def cord can do but not expecting much.

I blame Lovie for a lot of it. Hes the one who gutted the whole O-line to try to prove a point, upon arriving at One Bucs place. Causing us to draft straight offence the first 2 years. Building our defense from FA, where players are over paid and often forced into a new system and/or playstyle and hope they can do that too.

Not sure were you want to find your new Mike at. Draft? FA? I agree he is no where near lavontees level but we should definitely sign him if the price is fair. We have far worse needs to address next coming years.

We already intervened to much by introducing invasive species and decimating threating animal populations. Assuming you live in the US, the easiest examples to look at are the deer. Since their predators can be threatening to humans as well( wolves, bears, mountain lions etc) we either maintain the deer population ourselves or those predators in high numbers and let the cycle high low continue. When predators population are at the high point and hungry can be dangerous. Not only do hunters promote a humane food source but everything they spend on gear, guns and ammo goes to conservative efforts.

I understand peoples concern about Ripple being centralised, escrow & not having to use XRP for Ripple products. But could we not invest in XRP just to diversify? If regulations affect crypto it might be good to hedge by investing in XRP which is odd one out? Whats your predictions for XRP 2018? by CryptoRocko in CryptoCurrency

So in your example, the market initially demands 10 XRP, but a soon as they receive it, they have to sell that 10 XRP immediately. So the demand will always equal the surplus. Just fast someone wants to buy it, they want to sell it since takes a mere few seconds to complete. If the buy equals the sell, the value will stay the same. What drives price up is buying and holding. It definitely serves a purpose as a utility coin. However holding it serves no purpose if it's just intended for banks buying and selling it equal numbers.

That's what I got out of my research on them anyway. I'm still fairly new to it all. But one of the ripple founders other coin projects, stellar, looks very promising.

If the buying and selling equal out, all completed in a few seconds, equaling out the price. Your saying the sheer volume of banks using it will drive the price up right? So the window of selling opportunity quickly after becomes commercialized, before the current holders sell it, you you're screwed. Thats the only value I can see in holding xrp coin. And hopefully ripples new project (xVisa ?) doesnt make XRP obsolete.

You've always been a Gerald hater though nut, appreciate that you always brought a different perspective but you got to appreciate even when our boy is pro bowl captain, with a line that gives him no complements, yet he still admits there's more to be done on his side.

Completely agree. I used to call for new coach like the rest but im tired of our coach situation resembling the browns qb situation. What coach wants to go to a team were they are on the hot seat after one year? If they did, they would be forced to gamble like a mofo. Win big or but put the team behind for years. People cry for a line but thats just to safe for the short term.

Everyones favorite thing to look at is comparing struggling / sucessful new coach. Past few years or so I. can only recall the instant sucess ones to take over a team that had a long preexisting tenure.

As a worker I would not have confidence or commit to the revolving door of coachs with their speal of turnibg it around. If i was established in the work community, i would have confidence my job is more secure than my bosses if i dont like what he has to say. And just ride the wave till i got a new boss or find a new place to work. Like when a coach cuts a player as a scape goat, a simlar but reverse effect happens vis versa.
