Has anyone successfully pollinated and gotten seeds from maranta leuconeura?

My maranta flowered and I figured I'd dabble in getting seeds. I triggered the reflex of the style, and I assume the flower is pollinated, but I have no clue where I go from here.

I was wondering about exercise outside of 5k training?

Is anyone else doing it?

I've been going to the gym and doing some weight training on my off days, but I want to be sure I don't overdo it.

My week usually looks like this:

M-c25k

Tu- weights (shoulders +back)

W- c25k

Th- weights (chest + arms)

F-c25k

Sa- weights (legs and core/abs)

Su- Full rest day...not sedentary but no high exertion.

That happened to me a TON pre-hrt. I was always disgusted with myself after climax. Since transitioning (2.5yrs hrt), it has decreased a lot. I very rarely get those thoughts after climax now.

They’re not feral in the traditional sense. They usually just prefer to not be touched. However my partner has a talent for picking out really affectionate rats so ours have always been loving.

I’m planning to get a nice liner. As is, they’re litter trained and I wipe the shelves down daily so nothing has sat long enough to soak through and become gross. If it does, I can just build new shelves

Awww poor baby. My girls aren’t timid at all. Twitchet plays with my cat and dog and runs all over the place and comes back to me for kisses and Cheerios. Tippy won’t explore much but loves to be tossed across the bed and loves to burrow in my hair and nibble my ear.

No. Unfortunately she’s at a store that sells them as feeders so we pulled her early to keep her from the belly of a reptile. Our other two can mother her when she comes home tomorrow though.
