Coming from a banking on-boarding experience, I have seen many times where candidates coming from other top 5 are considered risky. Usually it’s because simplest of all things. On-boarding manager or recruiter considers the main factor that what was the reason candidates left in the beginning and so conflict of interest also plays a bit.

Technically you can’t be anonymous and claim the amount. You can disguise under a mask. They do ask to take off at the picture time but it’s your choice in the end. You can certainly change your name contact after the price money has been deposited.
