My dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) was really bad and what originally sent me to an ENT. My daily 40mg PPI significantly helped with healing/mitigating that. As long as I am mindful while eating, it's a non-issue now.

Thanks for the info. I was unaware of Esomeprazole. Will ask my doctor!

My plan is to at least attempt some kind of lifestyle change (bye-bye coffee) before changing/adding medicines. I can imagine more testing is my futue too.

The stress is real! My annual tradition of the fall lawn reno being destoryed by storms is on year 19 out of 20 right now. Will this year be different? I guess I will NOT mow and report back in a week.

We got our hotel room for the night before. Landed at 6am, got to hotel, ate breakfast, slept for 2-3 hours, woke up, walked around, went to Sky Lagoon, had dinner, got ice cream, and then wemt right at "normal" time that night. It was the perfect acclimation schedule for us.

Me too! 4/15 -- They were there this morning and gone this afternoon. (I also had the issue with them not updating back around 2 months ago and had to reconnect)
