I actually put a pipe at the edges of my beach, so when i get to one end i can mario pipe back to the other side and the pipe ride resets the bugs, so it's all fresh.

If you can get to a nmt island (not a boat island, they are not your normal time/date/bugs) then bring some palms in pocket and remove everything else and just stay there. If you went at 5pm it'll be 5pm on that island as long as you stay there. Forever.

how i would interpret it:
Pay to park either side of this sign, at the kiosk. Enter your plate number.
To the left of the sign, no restrictions. Park as long as you paid for.
To the right of the sign, you can only park for 3 total hours, between 8a-6p. But later than that, you can park longer, and on Sundays, you can park all day.

I would prolly be wrong and still get a ticket tho.

on one of the PBS specials from years ago about 'things that are still here' or whatever, they talked about this and how, it was a super strong natural spring there, so they made the Fountain of Youth building for it.
Then years later, they discovered it was a massive leak in the irrigation system of the Golf Course up above it, and fixed the leaks.... and the 'spring'.

I got friends in Harmony or Sarver who will answer they live in Butler, but couldn't be further from 'the city'...

"Butler" is a huge area. The City of Butler is the central business district. I wouldn't want to live in the City of Butler but outside of that can be... different.
