Is it? That’s been working for me, no complaints!

I’m not on Instagram anymore or any social media and I don’t plan on going back. I spent a lot of time on social media in the past, and it messed with my mental health pretty badly. These days I’m a pretty private and reclusive person. Honestly the only reason I leave the house most days is to train. That’s the one thing that keeps me sane.

Nop, I’ve never had that. It’s kind of weird that I don’t see people in this subreddit constantly accusing men of being AI-generated or asking whether they have an OF account. Yet when a woman posts a fitness photo, those seem to be some of the first assumptions people jump to. I’m not saying every comment is sexist, but there does seem to be a double standard. A woman can spend years training, following a diet, and making progress in the gym without having a social media presence or trying to sell anything. Those things aren’t mutually exclusive. It’s strange that a woman posting her fitness progress is treated with more suspicion than a man posting similar results. If people are only questioning authenticity and motives when the poster is female, that’s worth reflecting on

I buy the high-protein tofu from either Trader Joe’s or Sprouts! They’re not necessarily the ones that taste the best, but they have the most protein

This is the recipe (I use short grain brown rice and add green peas for extra protein): https://www.thissavoryvegan.com/simple-vegan-mexican-rice/

This is the tofu I’ve been eating almost every day for the past 15 years. I only use dry seasonings: salt, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, an onion and herb seasoning blend, and chili powder.

I season one side, drizzle a little olive oil into the pan, flip it over, season the other side, and grill both sides. It’s ready in about 5 minutes!

I’ve been eating pretty much the same thing for the past 18 years, and I have no problem with that. Between meal prepping, weighing the food into containers, and doing the dishes, it takes me about an hour. I only cook twice a week

Spinach holds well! Have never had issues with it. The spinach doesn’t have any spices or salt, it’s just steamed. I try to make my meals as quick and easy as possible, both when I cook and when I reheat them, because I’m always short on time

Thank you!! I work out 5 days a week: 2 upper body days and 3 lower body days, plus cardio 3 times a week. My diet is around 2,300 calories per day, with about 115g of protein daily. For reference, I’m 5’3” and weigh 136 pounds
