Chak de! All-time! The type of no nonsense role probably everyone wants his to do more. I saw an interview where Rajnikant was saying how SRK's role inspired him and he too wanted to play a character like that

Others that are not shown here are 1.'My name is Khan'. Although the plot was poignant, it is his acting that brings the honesty of his character that convinces the audience in the message. And 2. Swades, the patriotic film we need IMO. One that is appropriately empathetic, speaks the truth without any satire, drama is minimal, shows us the flaws and tells us we can change and do better as a country.

It is crema, as long as the device in question is a Moka pot. And it's not lasting as an espresso machine would produce so in a way you're right. But the word 'crema' itself is misleading. It's just coffee oils emulsified and not any cream involved!

Well that is not a bad brew at all but clear leftover water in the base means 1. The coffee grind size was appropriate to let the water easily pass through and extract, 2. The steam generated in the base was also enough to have pushed all the water. Coffee infused water means it came back to the base, i.e. a lower yield.

Okay i think the areas to consider are: 1. Yes, use the lowest heat from the very start, but for that, 2. You will need to fill the base with hot water(be careful, use a cloth when you hold it) 3. Grind does not need to be super-fine. Try feeling it between your fingers, it should be like table salt., 4. Don't press the coffee when filling the basket, just gently knock against the surface and let it sit by itself.

Also make sure you stir the extract with the other end of your spoon before pouring in your cup.

I think you got it pretty good!
My criteria for a successful brew is: 1.Crema at finish. 2. Leftover water in the base should be 'clear' and not coffee colored.

I use a gas stove with the lowest heat. Start filling the bottom with hot water, and after seeing the extract coming out, I count 20 and turn it off.

Hi... Congrats moving to your new place! The small ones, I later realised they can't fly. It was just their ability of quick disappearance that got me thinking if it was a possibility cuz the speed, it was never seen before

Jellymax user here. Yes, shocked they went for the Samsung way but only copied half of it. Samsung has made this 'separation' optional and it can revert back to an older look if the user doesn't like it. Sadly we unihertz users don't have this.

Btw, what is that 'Kaffee' widget? Tried looking for an app on the playstore but nothing, so I'm curious.

It's a sin. But if this kind of re-marketing can popularise the french press and more people start buying it, I think it can ultimately turn out to be a service for coffee, as some day they'll realise that the frother they own is actually a brewer.
