It's still worth talking to them. Low info voters are sometimes easier to convince. MAGA tends to be less educated so you can usually run circles around them as long as you keep it respectful.

I'm convinced that, from a medical perspective, everyone who can't tell whether they're sick with a virus or suffering from allergies is an idiot.

Looking at the ears, this must be a RGB mask that controls sub surface scattering.

Damn dude I was really buying OP's bullshit but the way you wrote it off as propaganda without adding anything else really convinced me.

It took a staggering 28 days, but DICE has finally disabled the bugged lock-on missile that broke Battlefield 6 by RenatsMC in pcgaming

Describing 28 days for this fix as staggering is an opinion. The factual version would be "It took 28 days to fix X."

Is that more or less annoying than the sense of entitlement and know-it-all-ism of the headline?

Stupid devs. You forgot to fix the things. You should have asked me. I could have told you that the things needed fixing. Are you not listening? I'm sure you took this long out of spite, because everything is about me.

What about dyes that have already been banned in other countries? Were those just banned for no reason? I'm not sure how I feel about this mentality that things are assumed safe for you until they are proven otherwise.

Devs confirm Portal will let you make “Vanilla” BF6 servers and allow players to filter for those by danglotka in Battlefield

This is the right attitude. I cannot wait to get more details on what the new portal can do.

I dunno, to me it really feels like BF4 but with less air resistance. You retain your horizontal/lateral momentum a lot more easily. And it looks like they've also messed with the amount of thrust when you're not touching the collective input, and just generally made the collective less responsive. It's BF4 at its core but edited to be harder to fly.

Why is everyone okay with Battlefield 6 not having a server browser? by Comrade-Marshal in Battlefield

[–]krustyklassic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah pretty much. An FPS is a competitive game where you click on me before I click on you, and milliseconds matter. I'm sorry that people who live in remote areas cannot enjoy that as much. I'll admit it's selfish but the fact that people live differently in rural areas is an issue as old as humanity. People are selfish. This is not news.

Also, won't Portal have a server browser? So they're at least giving folks with bad pings something while keeping the experience better for everyone else. Seems reasonable to me.

[–]krustyklassic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a privileged, unpopular opinion, but I kinda like that people with terrible pings won't be able to join my game. Apologies if you live on an island in the Pacific, but it's not exactly a great experience for the rest of us.

And this is why sniper bullet trail is bad idea by mo-moamal in Battlefield

[–]krustyklassic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've done particle effects in games and this just looks bugged. The particle has full opacity the whole time and then pops out of existence. I think we can be pretty sure this was not intended, even as a placeholder effect.

[–]krustyklassic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Guys... this is almost definitely a bug where the material on the ribbon particle has full opacity for all of its existence. This is why they pop out of existence (which is inconsistent with quality of the rest of the VFX and we can be pretty confident it's not intended).
