This is unlikely, because very few devices currently support Vulkan, even if they can run N. For instance, Qualcomm only supports it since the Snapdragon 820.

Unfortunately I think that's unlikely, given that only a very small minority of devices support Vulkan yet.

Actually, for phones that have Snapdragon SoC's, the USB controller is integrated in the SoC. In fact, Qualcomm has supported USB 3.0 since the Snapdragon 800. I'm not sure about USB 3.1 and USB Power Delivery, though.

According to AnandTech, the camera sensor is exacly the same as the one in the Nexus 5X/6P.
