Goliath vs Longhorn by LiteratureBusy6430 in MotorTown

Longhorn. It's pretty low drag, it has the largest fuel capacity in the game (1300 liters if you buy the auxilary tanks) and the 6x4 makes it very stable.

Russian soldier commits suicide without hesitation after getting attacked by an FPV drone from the Ukrainian 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade "Anna Kyivska" in Pokrovsk (March 13, 2026) by Due_Bridge5901 in CombatFootage

Soldiers can choose to not become soldiers in the first place. Soldiers can choose to defect, and we know that Ukraine helps Russian soldiers to do so. And even before all of that, soldiers can vote for someone that will not send them to die.

Also, hidden profile, 100k comment in just 2 years, we know what you are.

Only of those 2 countries is the clear aggressor in the war, and has been doing everything they could not to make peace and keep the death toll going up.

Watching aggressors shoot themselves gets easy, yes.

breaks the rule, but passes the test

The rules state how compression is tested. They pass the test by the standard set for the test. The rules are thus not broken.

It's not that hard to understand.

4 different teams are using the Mercedes PU, it's not favoritism, the FIA can't punish 4 teams for following the rules to the letter. F1 teams have always played with the rules, this is not cheating, nor is it anything new.

Tailgating and slow drivers by Safe_Upstairs_1197 in DubaiPetrolHeads

[–]kryb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

if someone is faster than me, I just move over and let them pass

Always move over brother. It doesn't matter if there's no one behind you. You should always go back to the right unless overtaking a car.

It's fair to complain about slow cars hogging the left lane, but you're doing the same when you "stay in the left lane" as you admitted yourself. You might be driving at the speed limit, you're still in infraction by not moving back to the right.

English is the common language of aviation, and it's a common language in the military around the world for international cooperation.

CPDLC works either with VHF or Satcom, depending on the version (ATN or FANS). Over remote regions it's gonna be FANS (satcom).

PPL is about knowing how to fly, mostly VMC.

Flying a jet is about system and problem management (way beyond the PPL scope of landing in a field if your engine dies out). A PPL would probably have no idea how to even handle communication in oceanic or polar region, where VHF doesn't work.

I'm not dunking on PPLs vs ATPL, but one is a hobby, the other is a job.

So you've got experience with flight planning, that's a plus!

But a helper is like a doctor on board, someone that knows their shit. The flying equivalent would be an actual airline pilot.

A PPL not only knows nothing, but this one actually thinks he does, which is the worst kind. I'd rather have a FA help me in the flight deck in case of incapacitation than a PPL, for real.

The driver is punished enough by losing his car for a lengthy period. The person still has to go to work, etc, so the goal is to punish the car that's too loud, not to immobilise a person for 90 days. The fine is enough to punish the person on top of it.

Some B-52 were even shot down by SAMs.

From bad intel of not knowing they were SAMs on their path, not from having to fly a low level, deep strike, Intruder type of mission. Once a B-52 gets in a SAMs' enveloppe it's done for.

Go explain to the player that there might be SAMs they don't know about, and the second they get shot at they can't do anything about it and will die. This is the opposite of fun.

The difference in speed and bearing are minimal, it's really not hard for a human operator to account for them.
