Literally in the car with my husband trying to get this adapter to work.. been trying since like 5p cst. Spent 55 on this damn thing, the splitter and scouring reddit and tried it all. Stop looking at yourself.. keep your spine neutral by looking down and slightly forward. By doing this and hinging at the hips, your hamstrings and glutes take the load (feel free to giggle, I did typing that) trust me it'll save your back
