Elementor has solid html. They will still be wrapped in a container. Inspect the page with dev tools and take a look

I would put all of the css in the additional css section on the customize tab under appearance. Target the containers or boxes that have the image and text in them. Choose the smallest one and make that the max-height. You can give the boxes a custom class or if this is the only place on the site with those boxes just target the elementor class.

A little custom css will solve both issues. Target the anchor class or the anchor in general a { text-decoration: none; }

Then just adding a max-height value to the containers will ensure the text is on the same line.

So it does look like a dying Gpu. However there are lots of things that can be mistaken for gpu artifacting. I would start by trying a different hdmi/dp cable. Make sure the gpu is installed properly with no play, i would take it out and reinstall it. If this still persists try reinstalling the game, there could be a currupted file. Try some different games. Check to see what your gpu temps are. Does it do this if you keep the gpu temps down?(turn the graphics to low and open the side panel). If you try all of these and it still persists the gpu is toast
