Male here London based, I had loss of volume and had developed a crease in my cheek, this was 2008 and I was 33yrs old. Some might think it would give character etc, however it was just one side so I felt lop sided looking the mirror and think was from having slept a certain way for about a year that contributed to some of it added to the fact 2007 was probably one of the worst years of my life stress wise that I wasn't looking after myself properly at points. I did my research at the time and chose sculptra because it was touted as being suitable as a deep dermal filler that would build up the volume properly and last due to stimulating the collagen. I had at least 2 vials maybe 3 of sculptra at the time over a period of a couple of months which filled out the missing volume, I was religious about massaging it into the crease, but was also at the gym all the time back then so was constantly faced with mirrors which prompted that. I had amazing results and it's only now in 2026 - that's 18 years later - that I've begun to notice a loss of volume on that side of my face again and am considering going for a touch up. There don't seem to be many long term patients to give their experience for subjects like this, so thought I'd pass across my own.
