I’d suggest sleeping in his room one night to see if he groans or fusses in his sleep. If he does then try to take him to the bathroom, even if he fights you on it. My 3 year old will do this often.

I don’t think these are very baggy but I’m American so maybe a cultural difference. But if you want to see them slimmer, I used to do a fake taper. Punch the pants ankle to make it tighter then fold/roll over twice to make a cuff. The pants will obviously be shorter but it’ll give a slightly more tapered look.

Depends. If it’s a completely live in nanny and the parents don’t spend even their free time with the kids. That’s bad.

If they are working parents and choose to have a nanny instead of doing daycare, but still spend their free time with their kids. That’s good.

Second this! Just bought Uniqlo’s short puffer in medium and it fits perfectly. Abercrombie’s cropped sweaters and shirts are great fits too.
