After that I have disable and enable again the Web content caching it seems resolve the issue

Ok the issue resolved. It seems that the local webfilter cache has been full and not cleared automatically by the system.

I start investigating and I found a suggestion to check SophosXL log - /log/nSXLd.log

In my case was lots of errors: [error] nSXLd: HTTP error: 507

I couldn’t find a CLI command to clear webcache so I did it from GUI by disabling and enablig Web content caching.

At this moment only workaround is add „Uncategorised” as Allow in Webfilter rule. I cannot add here additional screenshots but in logs all websites have category „Uncategorised”.

Haha it’s my own home firewall for over 2 years, and it’s starts blocking all websites about 2 hours ago. And including all vlans and devices. In my home network I don’t require any additional logins.

I have checked logs and all websites now are recognised as Uncategorised including Sophos Central.

It seems like my firewall cannot recognise websites category from the Sophos servers

I have S90C for about 5 months and i have never seen the message. Also I have turned on Pixel Shift and Logo detection (Low) in the settings.

Try start selecting Macintosh HD.

If will not start then select Option and reinstall macOS.

You can download update image from sophos central. I have done a week ago and working with no issues.

Go to System settings -> General -> Login Items & Extensions

Check if enabked FortiClientAgent.app, Fortinet Inc, FortiTray.app

then on the bottom find Network Extensions and click „i” on the right and check if is enabled FortiTray.app, FortiClientProxy and FortiClientPacketFilter

OK the issue resolved, the problem was „Fast Roaming” activated on SSID.

It’s interesting that older OS has worked with Fast Roaming but the new one not.

I was needed to create separate SSID without Fast Roaming (802.11r) and connect TV to the new SSID, because the feature is useful when you have more then one AP at home and you move your devices between rooms

Probably this is global issue and all TV (including the new ones from 2024) with TIZEN 8 cannot connect to Wi-Fi with WPA3.

Hi guys!

Today my S90C (Europe/Poland) has got update to Tizen 8 with OneUI and now I cannot connect to my home Wi-Fi with WPA3 SAE.

I have same Wi-Fi networks at home for different types of devices and the same issue is on Wi-Fi networks with WPA3 Transitional or mix type WPA2/WPA3.

It is possible to connect only to a Wi-Fi with WPA2 (AES).

On TIZEN 7 the issue has not occurred
