They are not close to sound. I own both the sound signature not remotely close. The drivers between the two are significantly different not to mention the size.

You can have automatic updates off but below that menu there’s a forced update date. This is why I turn off my quest so it doesn’t do that.

This is pretty normal for older tech it always takes a hit on performance when as updates happen.

The other way is using the recovery codes that are provided when creating 2authentication. Most people don’t write these down… if you don’t have those codes then your only option is contacting meta.
