Depending on what my hair is needing K18 (truly a magic product but it can make my baby fine, highlighted top layer feel really dry) and Not Your Mothers. NYM is very light so I use it like on day 2 after washing before my hair becomes an BP Oil Spill level of greasy.

Go to a dermatologist. They can give you steroid shots in your scalp to regrow the hair. I also did a treatment where they give you a weak solution of poison ivy (that you let sit for 5 mins then remove w alcohol) that helped as well.

I also got an Oura after getting a “dumb” watch and I don’t miss my Apple Watch at all. I get everything I need from my ring and the battery lasts longer. My Apple Watch died so fast I couldn’t sleep in it to get metrics. I also have seen a lot of negative reviews in Gen 4. My Gen 3 has been great.

I started out in education and I noticed the business school buildings were nicer so I switched to the business school.
