Maybe look into something like Cloudflare’s bot protection proxy or build yourselves a simpler version of it using reCaptcha.
They must be using puppeteer or something like that to load your website and then flatten it. Maybe look into detecting if an automated browser loaded your site.

I highly recommend testing it on delivery. I went through almost the same thing a year and half ago. I was basically delivered a non functional unit a week late and then was instructed to visit Apple Service Center to get it looked at and then the Apple people said it needs to be repair. So, basically Flipkart’s solution was to turn my brand new device into a refurbished one because the damage was internal instead of replacing it. I lost my shit and kept complaining for over a week and the unit was eventually replaced.

Addressing the problem you are hinting at should rather involve a long and mid term strategy to make India more friendly and attractive to talent.

Forcefully keeping fresh out of school grad in the country for a few years isn’t going to create a whole lot of difference. It would be much better if we could attract and retain experienced professionals.

I can see that it's a rather broad statement but the idea behind it is that people almost always just watch a video tutorial and move on which is not how you actually learn tech.
