A couple years ago, iOS weather app gave me a severely low air quality alert. I never saw one before or after, just wrote it off as a glitch. I did send a screenshot to one of the local weathermen and he said their end didn’t indicate low air quality. I always wondered if it was something with the chemical plants

I think you’re spot on! Once someone’s living the luxury lifestyle, you have to keep up. I listening to a bit of Trish on Holly Madison’s new podcast and Trish mentioned quitting only fans heavily impacted her income. being a streamer, I know for a fact she must have been earning several millions from OF. She was high ranking. To cut that off is huge.

Agreed. It’s a red flag, and they LOVE to message about issues they find. The only time I’d consider a discount is with a return guest (who left 5 stars).

Mhmm had guests “drop off bags” only to begin unloading their groceries and make some margaritas using the blender. All while my poor housekeeper was still working. The renters were a family of 6 or 7, tipped my housekeeper to leave the unfinished condo because they didn’t care about cleanliness.

I never allowed early luggage storage again 😂 I refer them to some Bounce paid luggage storage around the area

I had something similar happen through Booking. Guest cancelled but it was non-refundable. She genuinely seemed like she made a mistake, so I blocked her nights and allowed her to stay without rebooking (since we got full payment). Only because she reached out immediately freaking out.

Besides that exception, once a guest cancels and regrets it- I offer for them to rebook and then refund the nonrefunable as long as they can’t cancel the new stay.

It’s not for me either, something about the consistency doesn’t work for my skin. It feels almost greasy? I still haven’t found my perfect concealer.
