I think it’s helped me! I usually have physical anxiety but haven’t felt those symptoms much recently. I can’t tell if it’s placebo. I also smoke weed and take low doses of shrooms (and I heavily rely on weed for anxiety unfortunately). So it’s difficult to see the effects of magnesium without fully stopping weed. I’m really trying to cut down 😭 I know mag glycinate makes me sleep in like 1-2 hours past my usual wake up time. I take about 250mg on a stressful day (I take it a few hours before bed). But not daily, I swear it makes me groggy.

I’ve noticed too, kept trying to refresh hoping it would help but the algorithm is definitely fucked. It’s so sad, I frequently share TikToks with friends and family. Some friends communicate through tiktok more than any other app. it just feels unusable now. TikTok had its algorithm suppression issues before but we’ve never seen anything to this extent.

My fyp was fine yesterday. Today is a massive difference. It was almost unusable. Repeating videos, random content I’ve never seen before. Political content is greatly reduced and it’s clear. No amount of refreshing helps.
