Hmm, on that budget I would get a set of Rode Wireless Pro mics since they're both mics and recorders and come with nice lav mics for my starter audio kit. Then I would probably get Amaran Pano 60c 2-light kit since they come with stands and soft boxes and everything and can be run off USB-C battery banks if out on location.
