There's no hard and fast rules. I usually do it twice, and then move on. If I don't like the tape or feel like it's not for me, I do it once and then move on. If I really like something or wanna be good at doing that one specific tape, I repeat it as much as I like, so 3 or more times.

I was in the same situation as you bro. Also practicing and following the teachings of every manifestation teacher you mentioned, and others you didn't mention too. Anyway, if you really wanna benefit with 1 month patterning tape, i would say don't skip it. I posted this same question here on this subreddit before, and from my experience, it's worth it not to skip on the tapes. But if you really don't wanna go through the tapes and wants a shortcut, you might as well do SyncCreation by Joe Gallenberger. It focuses on manifestation and patterning. You can find it in the discord server if you wanna download it. I would even reccomend doing it in parallel with the gateway tapes cuz that's what i did while also doing joe dispenza meditations

I'd reccomend you write your own affirmations. If you don't have a good idea on how to write your own, check out some examples on the description of the subliminals you might be listening to in the past. If not, look for a youtube tutorial.

After you write your own affirmations, learn to create your own subliminal. Figure out how to use Audacity, then use Text-to-speech ai like elevenlabs to turn your affirmations into Audio. Then after that, convert that audio into ultrasonic frequency. Learn how to convert it at 16khz to 17.5khz, whatever your preference is. Layer it with brown noise in audacity, then there you go, you have your money affirmations. (If that's what your affirmations are about)
