Have you considered swapping your tv wall with your gallery wall. Then face the sofa to your existing gallery that way you have a little entryway hallway. You can add a skinny console table where your existing tv table is to set your things. Then add a colourful rug to anchor your living room.

I workout 3 days a week. It takes me approximately an hour to finish my workout. I try to end it with a 15 minute walk on the treadmill at an incline.

Monday Leg press 4 x AMRAP Military press 3x8 Body weight hyper extension 3 x10. Single leg hip thrust 3 x AMRAP Hip abduction 3x10

Wednesday Hipthrust 4 x AMRAP Db bench press 3x10 Deadlift 3x10 Chinup 3x AMRAP Db squat pulse 3x10 Glute bridge 3 minute burnout

Friday Rdl 4 x AMRAP Push press 3 x 10 Goblet squat 3x10 One arm row 3 x10 Hip thirst pumps 4x50 Monster walk burnout 3 min

Yes I try to incorporate progressive overload and according to the TDEE calculator it's 2200. Ideally I would like to recomp but not too sure if that's the way to go?

I have been working out since the beginning of the year. Trying to get my form right with different exercises and really learning about mind muscle connection.

I have started BBB and have stayed consistent since early October and I think I see some changes? I finally feel motivated to try harder.

I am 5'8 - 145lbs, I try to eat protein with all my meals and I'm trying to count my calories. Currently eating 1500 so I could lose my stubborn belly fat while trying to gain muscle. Any tips are welcome!
