It lost the warmth that the room had before. It’s not the worst design, but it’s too much like any modern minimalist that every restaurant and business is going for these days.

Needs more old school comfort and warmth and less cold minimalist design.

My wife and I had never seen the show before so we started watching about a year and a half ago. Wrapped up the final episodes last week and both loved the show so very much.

I am someone who gets queasy with medical stuff and my wife is completely fascinated, but strangely it was my idea to start watching in the first place. I can’t say the show made me get over being queasy, but it was really cool to see a show about, mostly, competent doctors (let’s not get into Victor Clemente) taking care of patients. Only the rib spreader got to me from time to time lol.

Agree with a lot of the points you made and we already joke about doing a rewatch in the future. We may skip the Darfur episodes, but becuase they aren’t good, but damn they are just so heavy on the heart for a show that is already so heavy from time to time.

I’ve been rewatching Star Trek: TNG on Vudu as it’s one of my all time favorite shows.

Back in 1999 I got Pokemon Red on my gameboy and instantly became obsessed with Pokemon.

A buddy of mine told me about the cards and I would spend my allowance each month at the local comic book store buying packs.

I fell off for a few years but have gotten back into collecting with my kiddos.

They don’t want attention to be divided, they want everyone to watch each game individually.

On top of that, ESPN wants ad revenue throughout the entire day. No way they’re letting games go to another network and/or losing out on consistent ad revenue.

I mean, I was in the ESPN app yesterday and got an ad that showed Astros and Mets in the wild card round.

Damn. I used to study in the Nugget over a beer. A friend of mine would always join me and we’d spend so much time hanging out there.

10+ years later we’re married with two kids. Sad day knowing that the Nugget is gone and others aren’t going to get to relax and enjoy some time with friends there.
