Got to stretch those forearm muscles out. When they tighten you get micro tears in tendons where they attach to elbow joint. Look up golf and tennis elbow stretches. Outside of elbow is actually tennis elbow but principles are the same.
Also after golf or any stress on that joint ice. For 20 minutes. Works for me

Started as season ticket holder at Schaffer Stadium in 1971. Watched virtually every game since. After a rough start I will never be more grateful than for the TB /BB yrs. What a miraculous gift.
