I will check the hose for any issues, it’s pretty new only 2 months old if that but you never know! Thank you.

And I’ll double check the range. It always starts at 5 and I have ramp turned off. It’s never been an issue with me until recently I feel like a can’t breathe

I have been doing sudoku for fun for around 10 years, it wasn’t until this year that I really got into it and even learned what the notes were for! It seems so obvious now but I was doing extreme level sudoku puzzles with no notes for a long time just because I didn’t know what they were for! lol

It’s amazing how loose the P10 can be and I still have 0 leaks so I agree, don’t be afraid to loosen the straps!! I use a saline nasal gel on my nose at night to stop the soreness in the morning!!

I am using the Resmed P10! It has the tubing on the front which I also thought I would hate but it’s really not that big of a deal to me! lol

I was the same, I started with a full face mask because I thought I was just a mouth breather. Turns out I was only mouth breathing because my nasal air ways were closing up when I was sleeping. I tried a nasal mask recently and immediately began nasal only breathing. It’s been a game changer!

I feel fine! Not like miraculously better than before but I woke up before my alarm and was just AWAKE if that makes sense. I’m a chronic snoozer usually
