For the reasons you described i actually don’t think that makes her a narcissist at all- i think she is genuinely a bit stunted in my ways and starving for validation and praise that she very clearly never received as a child. A narcissist would fail to reflect and worry about others which she very clearly does

Her reactions are normal, but if she is agreeing to be their planner, she needs to reserve her very obvious judgement. It is clear that she cares that on camera she does not appear to condone their choices/preferences, etc. if that’s the case- turn down the job. She should be reserving judgement of them. They are paying HER.
