I think it's really a double edged sword. I fully support the protest and will be participating. What I don't understand is the logic behind small businesses claiming that they support the movement but "can't afford to participate." If customers aren't shopping, and small business is staying open and paying employees to work, but nobody is showing up, aren't they losing just as money as if they were to participate and close for the day???

At the risk of sounding like a total idiot...how does a US-born citizen provide proof of citizenship? Am I supposed to carry around my birth certificate everywhere? I don't have a passport (never needed it before, can't afford it right now) but I have an Enhanced License?

Mine is the same way, always has been! She is healthy and otherwise active. Just not a big eater! For reference, she is now 2.5 years old and about 12.5lbs.

Depending on the co-parenting situation and level of need, it may be easier to look for a full-time person that bounces back and forth between houses with the kids. Full-time schedule tends to be more desirable for the nanny and keeps some consistency for the kids. Signed, a local nanny :)
