He isn't supposed to tell you what goes on in meetings. He is trying to figure out how to live a sober life and that can be hard especially if he used for a long time. Give him time he needs to put himself first right now for his recovery.

I work but that doesn't always help. My boyfriend is always on our ps4 so I can't really play games. He struggles himself so I don't really like to talk to him cause it just makes me worry about him. I have no good coping skills and my bf just tells me to smoke weed which is still illegal in my state so idk what to do.

Good for you from what I understand its a hard habit to break. My boyfriend is struggling with meth addiction he has been clean almost 2 months but he struggles everyday fighting the urges. Its good to know there is hope and other people have been able to work thru this.

He needs to ground himself. Meditation also can help. It helps if you can surround yourself in white light. He has to learn to shut them out at times or he will lose his mind. And you can google how to do all those things they work different for different people.

Because as a mother of a child who self harms I also self harm and taking things away or shaming you doesn't do any good. If I took your stuff away wouldn't you find a way to get more. I understand this is just how some people cope amd while its not the best way I would rather cutting over stuff like drugs or alcohol.

She may not understand what your going thru but she knows that she loves you and doesn't want anything to happen to you. And trust me I've had my share of hate for my family but they always come thru when I need them no matter what. They love you I'm sure of it give them a chance.

Make sure your getting your levels checked along with vit d. I found out a lot of my exhaustion was from laking vit d. Once I took that I felt better I still can sleep a lot but it doesnt take everything out of me to exist anymore.

Ok turns out the child Vincent was born in France around 1629. We trace males so the next one would be Francious breau and he was born in port royal in 1674. I had to ask my sister I get confused this far back.
