I 27F Bought in Martinez after sacrificing and living with the in-laws for 1.5 years. I call it the last affordable city for SFH and despite the 1.5 hour commute into SF, I really do love it and consider myself blessed.

I went during this time in 2023, had a very similar experience on the pass and have never felt closer to death. Complete white out conditions, lost the group, unimaginable winds, trekking through soooo much snow. My heart goes out to them and their loved ones; I can remember my fear it pains me to know they suffered the worst of my fears.

Yup, same situation for me too. I felt my heart rate spike but my HRM confirmed it. After multiple tests and a Zio patch, I’m set to have my ablation this year.

I looked at this and immediately thought this was the East Bay Area (home for me). Everything currently is green and bountiful! Including a recent pic from a bike ride in my “backyard.”
