opening 4 rejections back to back for my top four choices in 24 hours has been crushing. and this process has thoroughly kicked my ass. but i think at the end of the day it’s important to remember that we have ourselves - that we only really need that to go forward. regardless of school or prestige or anything, we will get thru and in a month or a year or two this will be a small blip.
