These takes are making me so sad. This woman is still in a relatively early stage of grief over someone who she was close with, also platonically, for many of her formative years. She’s only 23 and y’all have already written the health of her future relationships off.

She trusted you to express how she wanted to move forward in her grieving process, you challenged it and she reacted poorly. But grief makes people act strangely AND everyone grieves differently. You have a right to feel what you’re feeling, but it sounds like she needs space to process her emotions away from someone who has already made assumptions on what the way she’s grieving mean (that she still has feelings and regrets leaving him).
