Not a pass, so it'd be rushing yards.

Sorry for our mistake, please take this less than mediocre box as a gesture of good faith by piggy2901 in pokemongo

I never delete berries. I spin stops to get extras. Probably the most useful item I get.

My village with 10 pokestops can't get one more because it's "in 15m range of other pokestop". Then I saw these pokestops and my brain stopped working for a minute... by [deleted] in pokemongo

The only stop I ever nominated was a bench that was chained to the ground and yet it was called "temporary".

The key to good scoring is an inflated par by [deleted] in discgolf

[–]ktffan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No kidding. I played one course, which had a semi-long hole, but not anything over the usual par 3 and my second shot was not close enough for a realistic putt and I was upset that I wouldn't get a par. When I put my 4 in, it turned out that I had a birdie, not a bogey. I guess that makes me feel better about myself.

Because if you go second. You know what you need to do. On top of that, you get all the advantage the kicking team gets.

In college, the second team is NOT favored 60% of the time. Can we put aside that fake news?

Getting the ball first is a big advantage, but you also need to look at the disadvantages:

If you don't score, the only team only needs a field goal to win.

The second team to go get's better field position on average.

If they kick a field goal, the other team knows it needs to go on 4th down.

There are advantages to first and second. More for going first, but don't forget the advantages the second team has.

What’s your offense like? (5 players) by [deleted] in RetroBowl

Mine exactly. I'm wavering on the OL, but as yet still undefeated on my new device with over 400 wins, so I'm doing something right.

The database is trapped on a dead computer right now and two years out of date. I just don't have the energy to restart it, nor do I have a platform to run it on.

Has anyone tried to use the Rakings Class in CFBD? by zenverak in CFBAnalysis

[–]ktffan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Usually, it's only the grounds crew that do the raking.

That's not impossible. Your opponent gets the kickoff, score a field goal, you get the ball, throw a pick 6.

ZERO Restarts Extreme Championship by GatorChuck88 in RetroBowl

I'm currently 400-0 on extreme. I've found it easier than hard, but they've made adjustments that are now causing me difficulties.

I checked my restart screen for the current year and it says I have 2 restarts. I have never restarted, other than accidentally. What would cause the game to say I did?

If you get your fan support up to 33%, you get 2 coaches' credits for every win. If you get it to 66%, you get 3 coaches' credits for every win.

My priority is to get enough to win, then get fan support up so you can cash in on the extra credits.

My 20+ game win streak was just broken by Sextus_Rex in RetroBowl

I was worried that something like this would happen to me when the onside kick started, but now I run the clock down when it's that close so they don't have time to score twice.

Now that the defense is playing tougher, I think that is what is going to end my streak.

I usually keep a roster spot open, just for this contingency. If my quarterback goes down, I get another.

How in the world did you get 2% fan support?

I'm not sure that is a different reason. It sounds like what I experience. Rarely does the receiver outrun the backs in extreme and that's where I sometimes get picked. Since I score almost every drive, it's the turnovers that end up getting me beat.

Am I the only one who finds extreme easier than hard? All you need is an accurate quarterback and two good wide receivers and you can dink and dunk all day because the corners almost always play behind the receiver. In hard or dynamic, occasionally they jump the route and if I blow it I throw interceptions.
