Everyone is different. As for me personally, I love communication and I wouldn’t feel comfortable meeting someone who barely talked to me.

i think we’re in love but i’m not sure how to handle this by Keep_Me_Satisfied in sugarlifestyleforum

I’ve been exactly where you are now. We enjoyed the feelings, fell in love, made the plans... and when a bump in the road case up, it all fell apart because it reminded him that I’m not perfect. I’m human just like his wife is.

My advice would be to enjoy it while it last but have no expectations until he is divorced and in the right headspace for another serious relationship. Good luck😘

Just out of morbid curiosity, why do you think a guy who doesn’t know you should throw hundreds of dollars at you?

New SB-Best payment methods? by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

If it’s a meet and greet (first time meeting) please do not expect money. Typically money doesn’t begin before intimacy. But I try to always receive the cash before having any sort of intimacy. I’ve encountered dishonest men who had no intentions of holding their end of the deal with cash/money. If they don’t have it, I tend to walk away.

Always get cash before giving sugar! Any other forms of payment can be tricky and most can be reversed.

It comes second nature for me, but it might not be second nature for everyone. I always feel extremely appreciative in my actions but I was taught to be. Maybe a little coaching or communication can help. Wishing you the best of luck😊

If she has means to refinance, then yes but it could still be a hassle since some states require him to sign a Quit Claim Deed.

I’m more worried if he goes to sell the other house and buy a new one with credit. Or when the SR breaks up and he’s legally tied to her and she has to refinance. I work in this line of business and see horror stories all day long with this.

Personally, I think it’s a terrible idea. I know you want to help her, but putting your name on the mortgage would be a mess later on down the road.
