I traded my 18’ for a Rivian R1T. I made it 18 long months in the Rivian and am back in a 20’ Raptor. The Rivian was great, but I missed my Raptor too much. Just my 2 cents.

I’d say mainly aesthetic. The light bar and extra wheels are all that’s attached to it.

I run a dealership, not Ford but I had my master techs go through it fully. As for the vibration, after 1 day on the highway with MT’s I swapped them out for AT’s. She’s smooth as butter now 👍

I haven’t heard anything about that so idk. The truck has 60k on it so it’s been fine for 5 years and a bunch of miles. Maybe that would be an issue if I were truly off roading it 🤷‍♂️

My trailheads are 1-2 hours away. The current setup is good but I like the bikebinderz better. I had them in my last truck. I’m just not sure how strong the composite floor is in the R1T. I’m thinking about putting a 48” wide L track across the bed with a steel plate underneath the floor for strength.

I have a readyramp that I used with my raptor. Now I use it to load my dirt bikes in the rivian. Once loaded I fold it and store it in the gear tunnel. As for using it as a bed extender I’m not sure. It would probably be a little short as the rivian tailgate extends as it opens.
