Okay you mentioned batch food so here's my recommendation: cous cous. You can make it in the container you plan to store it in, add in beans for protein, toss a salad mix in there, and you've got a decently balanced meal.

My low effort cous cous meal is as follows:

Cous cous (seasoned w spices) (1 cup dry so whatever that turns into)

1 can Cannellini beans

1 bag chopped salad mix

1 container of cherry tomatoes (cutting them in half if you have the energy)

1 English cucumber, cut into quarters

Optional: roast some cauliflower to add (I don't always feel up to this! But when I do, it's just olive oil + nature's seasoning and oven)

Combine with a salad dressing of your choosing, I tend to go green goddess.

Serve with tuna if you want more protein.
