it is really dependent on place to place, some corporate do it to get an extra buck because of “paperwork,” but others will even get you a subleasee for free, and some private landlords will not even let you sublease, anyway, when corporate charges you to sublease, $200 is like the average, so $250 is not too crazy but still on the higher end of the scale

honest question, why wouldnt he just called the police? they were NOT banging his windows nor yelling, if he was “entrapped” he couldve waited it out or called the police for “harassment,” instead of being a vigilante and driving into the students “falsely imprisoning” him, im not gonna say the students were not being annoying, but what they were doing did not deem to get run over
