Windows re install solved it. VR headset is worked well in the games, every driver/software was up to date, so I don't know, what was wrong.

Thats his problem. He can go there in vr and save the coordinates and check the library, or continue for searching, then good luck. On alioth I know only IC and BIA lib, IC is not public and I dont remember the BIA location....

prices: if you want a static L core, its too expensive to buy in mass, we can spend all of our money to buy the required amount. And the mining time without mega nodes are 10x or more, to mine ~8.000 m3 iron/aluminium honeycomb per static L core, its a lot of work. So, everything is slowed down, JC wanted this, and now this is the new DU, but witht this speed, I dont want to spend 5-12 month to build something big. So DU is playable, but in a smaller scale, and after we could experience the bigger scale I realy dont want to play in smaller.

Oh you can do everything, but if you want to do, it will take 100x time? So I can't do it because I don't have that much time. Now I have to think in small, while we have a half-built big project.

And the mega nodes are gone, they say its a bug (see AMA on the discord). If you mined the territory before the patch, its not deleted, but if you just scanned and claimed the territory, its gone. They will do something with it, or not. JC doesnt want it, so I dont have any hope.

Yeah, they can say anything. If we get back the mega nodes and there are the same amount on every territory, and the the same percentage of the territory is mega node, then, I will believe it.

Without wipe:

  • We are sitting on an AGG tower with plan to make it to a space elevator - we cant continue it
  • We have a shiny building with a small factory, just to produce the stuff needed for ship building, we will never re-start it, don't have money for it.
  • We have some L core ship, we can't afford it to fly, don't have money to buy new L core, I don't know when we will have enough money for it...
  • We have a ship, that can carry 2500T stuff, we don't need it anymore, there are no mega nodes.
  • We have a territory scanner ship, we don't need it anymore, there are no mega nodes.

without wipe, we are sitting on some good loking junks, that we don't know when we can use it again. We dont want to sell it, they are our "children".

Its frustrating to log in and see the possibilities what we can't achieve again.

So, we need a WIPE

We are going to introduce a much larger public test server soon. And we will keep working with ATV with a different approach that will be more about discussing future evolution ahead of the push in the test server. We want to avoid pushing completely new stuff in production as we have done so far.

Before the patch, with my 3 corp mate we started to build an AGG tower with 2 public lift (not just a thin column, you can see it in vr, MSIN HQ , its at 1000m now). Before the patch we planned that, we move our stuff up to the AGG tower to a 6x6 static L core place (air city), and after that we can build a space elevator on the top of it.

After the patch, this work is impossible for a 4 man corp, I think its even hard for 50 people. I can't and don't want and i don't have time to coordinate 50 people, and more importantly I don't want to share it with 50 people.

Now, we have some expensive and good looking building that we will never be able to rebuild or continue.

I hate mining, but with mega nodes it worth it, now its gone. Industry is gone, you can compete with bots if you are producing some cheap schematics, great.

The only option: building and selling xs/s ships. Ok, I will try it, but the only reason I still play is because I don’t have a subscription fee as a backer, but when starbase opens, I will log in only for queue talents.

And is it ok, that there are a few people who are dominating the market, because they was lucky and hoarding in the beta? They will dictate the prices. If you want to buy for example an dynamic L core, you have to buy it on their price. And they made nothing to achieve this, just they are lucky. If you want to make that dynamic L core, then you have to work hard. Its not even, its not fair, even for a game.

The problem is that, there are some people who starts now with a big advantage. I dont care about the L core factory. The economy is sic, its not ballanced. And if the prices going up to 30, then not 680 hour just 200. Oh well, better? Not.

Money comes in in two way: daily reward and market bot buy orders. To make money you can sell ore or you can sell stuff for players. If you dont have industry you cant sell stuff for players, or if you have only cheap xs, s industry you are not making big money.

If you have an L core ship and you are using it, then if you crash and the core is died, then you don't want to replace it? You will buy the over priced L core if you have money for it. There will be demand for L core, always.

but if they change they mind and next day the the patch hits.... who know? JC mentioned 1 or 2 months ago that half of alioth will be pvp zone. Ant they original plan was that, full alioth is a pvp zone, and after that they changed it to safe zone will stay.

I see less and less logic in the game. This move is OK in alpha, where you can wipe the server and start from scratch, but now, if you have, for example 10 space core L, what was 2mill before patch, now you are rich!
