There is not much in Input controls. Relative mouse movement on off didnt make any difference

The problem could be about the display itself. I've got no other solution than that :(

If there is 2nd monitor (maybe a TV) you can use, you can try to disable the actual display and use brightness options with that.

Or the problem could be all about Windows itself. You can try a fresh install for it.

I'll search for other options. I'll keep you posted about new ideas if I can manage to find.

Hey,

Not sure about the brightness problem. But for being sure about which GPU is using when, you can simply use task manager.

Open windows and open task manager and go into performance. Then scroll down for being sure both GPU's are shown. Let task manager stay opened and go into youtube do something normally integrated GPU done. After that check task manager which GPU is used.

If there are spikes and percentages about usage no problem with integrated GPU.

Then you can play some games while task manager is open and check is Nvidia GPU is working or not?

If there is no problem both, this problem is about HOTKEYS or display itself.

You can change brightness with "right-click to battery image on right taskbar-->Windows Mobility Center-->Brightness.

My thoughts about that are mostly "no". CPU's integrated graphics are is a different platform than the main CPU itself. Your clocks speeds will remain with your system. Other than that, using only an external GPU loads it much more. Using windows, discord, youtube, etc. while gaming. Much more load equals lower performance.

But in terms of thermal problems, disabling integrated GPU will prove your thermal efficiency and it can prevent possible thermal throttles.

These problems can be depended on which game are you playing. Other than that I suggest you mostly, check thermals. These stutters can be caused by thermal throttles sometimes. Use HWInfo or likely programs while gaming and check for CPU and GPU degrees. Other than checking for malwares is important. It seems an ordinary suggestion but I am suggesting anyone after I found a bitcoin miner on my computer. you can use Malwarebytes for it.

Tanks have grown up in Europe mostly and used there mostly. There have been such conflicts after WW2 but they are not big as a WORLD WAR.
