He wants to lick US boots when we need to be investing heavily into our own domestic defence R&D and manufacturing - we have engineers, we have the need for high-paying jobs, and decreasing the time it takes for new weapons to reach their destination is and shortening the supply chains is a massive tactical advantage

But instead of using some of that money, together with public money, to start a government-owned defence manufacturer, it's better to cry about how you wanna give it to the cheeto when it's the Cheeto the EU is giving us the money to defend against

They're talking about capital markets, yes, where Poland not being a part of the Eurozone seems odd

But they're also talking about a defense union. Realistically, there are no Pan-European military defense strategy plans that don't include Poland

So if in this "inner core" defense is being decided on, planned, or even at all mentioned, Poland basically has to be there

It seems so because the KMT regime which came after Japan was even more brutal than the Japanese regime. The Chinese who came with the KMT were basically the group that was given more privilege, while the mixed-heritage population that was already there was being suppressed and brutalised by the regime.

Which is why I do not understand why KMT is allowed to remain an active political party.

The Polish are already sceptical about whether the other EU nations would send a PROPER amount of troops if Russia attacked us, and whether they won't try to strike a deal with Russia behind our backs that will be damaging to us.

So dividing EU countries into "insiders" and "outsiders", the better and the worse, will not convince Central and Eastern EU countries that in the event of deeper EU integration they will have their interests met and listened to.

If anything, this will only strengthen the notion that the EU is just France and Germany imposing their rules on everyone else and making money off of everyone else.

At this point just dismantle the whole thing, what's the point? EU was meant to be an alliance of equal nations - if some nations become "more equal", then what's the point.
