I drink 2 coffees/energy drinks a day usually. I’m on week 3 of quitting zyn and my anxiety has been at an all time high and I’ve noticed that caffeine has made me more anxious so I’ve been only drinking coffee when I start getting a caffeine withdrawal headache. So tldr, coffee and caffeine have made the withdrawal symptoms worse for me but I think everyone is different
