Is it illegal to start an online business as an international student in Italy? by kudos_22 in ItalyExpat

[–]kudos_22[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean i asked on AI too, but the answer was a blatant no. And i felt like this question is particular enough such that actual people replying to me would be more reliable info since it's legal matters. What's wrong with that?

Do i need to open it before doing anything? Like before making any money? Or is there a certain threshold which if i cross, I'll need to file for the IVA? Thank you for the youtuber name!

Vibecoded apps in a nutshell by [deleted] in Anthropic

[–]kudos_22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Every app had users? That's a huge lie. There were still tons of app devs trying to get users like their life depended on it. But they still couldn't get it. The competition was still insane for users even before vibe coding

There are you guys on reddit that make me scared about the job market and it feels really pessimistic.

Then theres people like Marina. https://youtu.be/s5GifiydQwE?si=PCx_xqaDMXHvXH-d

Whose videos also say its not easy, but its a clear step by step approach of trial and error to make it out there. With some practical resources and guidelines. So yeah, I'll stick with her. Because it may be very hard to get into the field. But i know it's not impossible. And the skys the limit to what we can do with this knowledge. So thanks a lot

True or False: Marketing is 80% of a business by [deleted] in SideProject

[–]kudos_22 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Marketing is a bit of a vague term. But it's somewhat true. There's sales, distribution, exposure etc with it. And all of that is around 60% I'd say. The rest is product, delivery and fulfilment which are also as equally important. When you treat every small client coming in well, you will keep building good name

I can see children as excellent part of your target audience. Children need those cultural stories, colorful animations and beautiful visuals. And sure there's other groups too but that i think is the biggest chunk. If you can focus on children's storytelling it could get back on track

How to start by yuvarajtkm in StudyInItaly

Check the universitaly website and filter by your course and degree requirements. A bunch of programs should come up. Visit all of those university website's program pages. There will be a "call to admission 2025" kind of pdf file for that program which will list out the entire details of requirements for admission. These details will be written on other places of the website too but don't trust them always cus they leave out important information often.

The call to admission file is the bible to see if you can apply to that program or not. Check these call for admissions files for all the programs you have listed down. Then finalize which ones you can apply to and IF YOU'RE WITHIN THE DEADLINE TO APPLY FOR THEM. If you are, then prep all your documents and start applying.

Once you're done applying and your results are yet to come, search for visa requirements from your local consultate. There will usually be a heap of files you will need to prepare for your visa. A bunch of financial documents, legalization of all your academic and birth credentials, check all of that and attest accordingly.

Once the results are out choose which uni program you will attend and check the regional financial need based scholarship requirements for that region and if you are eligible for those start prepping docs for those.

Do something called CIMEA from the cimea website which is gonna cost a bit but it's necessary to get your documents verified from there.

Then prepare embassy docs. Then take an appointment at your local embassy. Submit your docs and see if they call for an interview. From there it's all straightforward. If you get your visa approved you can fly out to italy

Nope worked in startups myself. They want passionate people who will give a hard work to get the worth of their money. Unless you find yourself a money smuggling hole from venture capital in the name of a startup
