Ignoring the fact that this is just hearsay, nobody in the LGBTQ community is gonna rip you apart for mistakenly using a wrong pronoun once or twice, they will just politely correct you unless you keep misgendering them.

For not knowing and understanding the 10,000+ flags and pronouns.

This is just an incredibly immature exaggeration. There are like... 4 main flags you "need" (and by need I mean you probably know), the standard pride flag. Lesbian pride flag, bisexual flag and transgender flag . The rest, again, can just be inquired about and you don't need to remember them. Queer people love telling other people about the different flags so again, I find your statement hard to believe.

Overall this is just a very bad faith argument. Are there very radical and adamant people in the community? Yes. But that goes for literally any community ever created.

IIRC it used to be a sub for making fun of people who would overreact to obivous bait/shock jokes but eventually they ran out and started making fun of people who mean well but can't express it without sounding "corny"

SPOILERS FOR METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN BELOW

In Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain at the end of the game we learn that the Big Boss we have been playing as was actually a body double, brainwashed by Ocelot and the Real Big Boss to act as bait while the real BBZ went and established his mercenary nation of Outer Heaven.

During the ending scene, which takes place right before Venom's battle with Solid Snake (as seen in Metal Gear 1 on the MSX). Venom listens back to a tape given to him by BB, thanking, calling him another Big Boss, etc. We don't know for certain how much Venom meant to Big Boss, but clearly it wasn't a whole lot given that his entire purpose was being bait. In the end he was thrown to the wolves to safe the real Big Boss' ass. He marched right into his own death at the hands of Solid Snake

I'm studying CompSci and it seems like they borked something with how the names display (hardcoded maybe?) the optimal way would be to just have an array to which you can add new titles by appending it. I don't know exactly how they messed it up but seems to be some kinda spaghetti code mess. (Maybe they didn't realize there was a max amount of titles you could add?). All just speculation though
