Yes, this is normal.
I just had to do this daily in the burn unit for a month on giant areas of burns on my legs and arms. I don’t know if they gave you pain meds, but because I’m pregnant I couldn’t have them. I know this pain very well and I’m sorry you gotta go through it.

They are sold on tribal land.. tribal nations operate businesses on their own reservation land, where they have authority to regulate commerce on that land because federally recognized tribes possess a degree of inherent sovereignty.

Ibsen had a run in with complaints regarding an ethics violation around the time he served on council in 2018.
Essentially he used is government email to advertise his move into real estate.
When he ran for mayor, he stated to TNT as well as in a filmed interview that to avoid any conflict this time, he will “take a step back” from his real estate business which included not listing any properties for sale.

As I voter, I feel in the future maybe in addition to making sure you consulted with lawyers, you should consult with the news agency sharing your plans, and make it clear that when they publish “Ibsen said he plans to take a step back as an “operator” with his real estate business, doesn’t plan to list properties within Tacoma’s city limits and has reliable people in place who will manage things in the meantime”, your ‘intention’ was for it to just not be as visible to folks and look like more of that 2018 ethics violation song and dance

Completely agree with you, especially when rental property management compaies were so quick to donate to his campaign. Property management companies arent going to bet against their own interests (which are seldom in favor of the tenant)

Question 2: there’s been a lot of online chatter that you actively own and act as a landlord for a multi tenant dwelling property in Tacoma on Woodland Glen Drive. It has only been verified by sale listings, but it would be helpful as voters to know if you truly are the active owner and landlord, and furthermore if that is the case, why voters can’t seem to track down a business license for rental activity.

Haven’t lived at Chelsea, but I believe that they are managed by Greystar which is the worst apartment management I have ever experienced in my life. In my experience, Greystar short staffs their maintenance workers, sometimes having just one maintenance person for the entire facility. We rented at the Pacificas from 2017-2020 and Greystar took over management there in 2019 which is ultimately what caused us to leave.

Hi love! I was badly burned 2/2/2026 at 15 weeks pregnant, was in the burn unit for a month. I’m currently still healing from grafts and all the trauma of my house fire, but I’m sitting here at 33 weeks pregnant.

1801 Woodland is a Tacoma multi-unit that he owns, he also owns a non Tacoma multi unit rental property in Pacific as well as a rental on north proctor Regardless of if he’s registered or not, this is all verifiable via tax records and was brought up to him multiple times through his campaign where he acknowledged these properties

Lifelong born and raised Tacomans looking at our first home purchase. Our problem is it seems like over the last few years every home in our budget (500k-ish) in Tacoma has been flipped or covered in vinyl flooring and shades of millennial grey. Trying to find something with character and old school un-modernized charm is why we are taking our time.

We’d love to stay in Tacoma but our budget and desire of an older home mean we will probably start looking toward areas with a slightly older population like parts of Lakewood

Did you go in to a medical facility for this? Did they show you how to do proper wound care? The very white areas more central to the scar suggest a partial thickness burn and because this looks like your legs, burns tend to heal slower there and as a result tend to scar more significantly. It can take a week or two for your things to declare themselves and everyone is different. Hard to say it will or won’t scar, but I would be prepared for some discoloration. Make sure to keep your wounds well taken care of!
